The Treasure Island Hotel and Casino is home to the acclaimed Cirque du Soleil Mystère stage show, as well as a trove of swanky and casual bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. Shopping options include designer footwear and fashions, accessories, and jewelry.

Relaxation options include a heated outdoor pool, 25-person spa tub, and poolside cabanas (surcharge) with flat-screen TVs and chaise lounges. Hosts (one for every two cabanas) are available for poolside food and beverage service. A personal host is also available to guests on the raised sunbathing deck. An on-site pool store offers sunbathing essentials.

Wet - The Spa at TI offers signature treatments for women and men (surcharges for spa services). Hair, nail, waxing, and makeup application are also available. Access to the spa facility (surcharge) includes: use of the fitness facility; use of spa tub, steam room, sauna, and showers; relaxation lounges with complimentary snacks and beverages; robes, sandals, and workout clothes (upon request); secure lockers for each guest; and safety deposit boxes. The spa facility fee is waived on the day of a scheduled spa treatment.

The hotel offers high-speed Internet access in its public areas via two kiosks at reception and one at the on-site Starbucks cafe.
